55 dynamic purchasing systems (DPS), dynamic markets and similar supplier lists advertised in the last two months and still open to new suppliers. Updated 31 October 2026.
Under the Procurement Act 2023, new ones are called dynamic markets. Dynamic purchasing systems set up under the old rules carry on until they end. Joining usually means answering the buyer's suitability questions once. There's no price to submit until you're invited to a contract.
Scottish councils also run flexible frameworks and procured service arrangements, and many care commissioners run pseudo-dynamic purchasing systems (PDPS). These reopen to new providers every year or in rounds, and some ask for prices when you join. They're listed here too.
