Upcoming tender dates in your calendar

Every contract on coming soon has two useful dates: when the buyer wants to hear from suppliers, and roughly when the tender opens. Subscribe once and they appear in your calendar, for your trade or for everything. The calendar refreshes itself as new notices come in. Free, no sign-up.

Pick a calendar

There are two kinds. Coming soon calendars hold the reply-by and expected tender dates of contracts not open yet. Closing date calendars hold the deadlines of contracts open now, by trade or by area (each area page links its own), for example https://kindling-bid.uk/calendar/open-all.ics or https://kindling-bid.uk/calendar/open-grounds-and-landscaping.ics.

The coming soon links are on the coming soon page, and each trade page links its closing dates. Or use the address for everything: https://kindling-bid.uk/calendar/all.ics. Each trade has its own address in the same pattern, for example https://kindling-bid.uk/calendar/cleaning-waste-and-environment.ics.

Google Calendar

  1. On a computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. Next to "Other calendars", click the plus, then "From URL".
  3. Paste the calendar address and click "Add calendar".

Outlook

  1. In Outlook on the web, open the calendar and choose "Add calendar".
  2. Choose "Subscribe from web", paste the address and give it a name.

iPhone or Mac

Tap or click a calendar link on the coming soon page and confirm "Subscribe".

Calendar apps check for updates on their own schedule, usually every few hours to a day. Always check the dates on the official notice: buyers sometimes change them.

Want help when one of those dates comes up? Send me the notice. I'll draft your reply to the buyer, free, or a go/no-go when the tender opens.
